With usage of anti-glare filter, light reflected from computer screen does not directly come to my eyes and hence direct strain is reduced . 3M‘s filters quality is better as its more effective in filtering the direct radiations from the screen compared to normal filters used earlier. The provision of wire attached to filter also makes sure that electrostatic charge generated from the LCD monitor does not accumulate and gets dissipated through the attached conductor to ground.
